ASSOCIATE MANAGER FOR RECRUITMENT
Reporting to the Director of Student Recruitment and Enrollment, the Associate Manager for Student Recruitment plays a critical role in reaching College for Social Innovation’s (CfSI) exciting and ambitious student enrollment goals. The Associate Manager will participate in CfSI’s strategic management of the student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes, specifically overseeing a portfolio of college and university partnerships.
Leveraging a wide spectrum of recruitment strategies, the Associate Manager will work to develop and implement broad-based recruitment strategies such as attending college fairs and hosting campus-wide information sessions, while also working to establish deep interpersonal relationships with students and on-campus advocates, such as professors, deans and student groups, to promote our credit-bearing internships and education program.

Frequent travel to college campuses and occasional evening work will be required.
Manager of Finance and administration
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Manager of Finance and Administration will lead all day-to-day operations of the finance department, including budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, relationship management with banks and other vendors, and audit preparation for a growing organization with $2+ million annual budget. The Manager of Finance and Administration will collaborate with a variety of internal constituents, including the CEO. The Manager will also serve in a supportive capacity on human resources, administration, and IT.
