Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Program Officer (CPO) will have strategic and operational responsibility for our program, including managing the three-member program team and serving as lead faculty across our core courses. Building upon a robust educational curriculum and support infrastructure, the CPO will work to further develop the internship program as the cornerstone of our model, while leading the design and facilitation of student seminars and the overall design of the fellowship experience in partnership with the program, recruitment and operations teams.

Program Manager - Student Experience

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Program Manager for Student Experience will play an essential role in delivering a comprehensive, individualized, and outstanding program experience to our undergraduate Social Innovation Fellows.  The Program Manager for Student Support will work directly with students, manage a small staff team and oversee specific community partnership related to student health and wellness. The other half of this position is dedicated to playing a critical role on the program team as a teacher and facilitator for CfSI student seminars (Wednesday evening and Fridays) and as part of the program team’s comprehensive effort to provide a transformative learning experience for current students. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in student affairs, teaching and learning and curriculum development.

Program Manager - Internships

Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Program Manager for Internships will play an essential role in delivering upon the cornerstone of our model by sourcing, selecting and supporting excellent internships with Boston’s leading social sector organizations.  Supporting approximately 40 to 50 fellows per semester, the Program Manager for Internships will play a critical role in identifying and securing relevant and interesting internships across a diverse spectrum of mission areas throughout the city of Boston.  This position will play an integral role on the Program Team, working closely with the Chief Program Officer and the Program Manager for Student Experience to deliver a well-rounded, exceptional fellowship experience.

Marketing and Communications Manager

Reporting to the CEO, and working closely with the Director of Student Recruitment and Enrollment, the Marketing and Communications Manager will play a critical, leading role in the development and implementation of College for Social Innovation’s marketing strategy. This is a new, full-time position, designed to broadly promote and build awareness of the College for Social Innovation (CfSI) brand and advance our mission, with a specific emphasis on the recruitment of college students to participate in the Semester in the City (SITC) program.

Associate Manager of Operations and Special Projects

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Associate Manager will play an integral role in ongoing success and future growth of the College for Social Innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a sense of curiosity, initiative and solution orientation to this role. This is an ideal role for an emerging professional interested in gaining broad exposure to the operations of a growing organization working cross functionally and developing a wide variety of core professional skills applicable to organizational leadership.
