Diana joins College for Social Innovation as the Associate Manager for Recruitment after serving as an AmeriCorps member for a year at La Vida Scholars, an after school college prep program. Within her role as the AmeriCorps Tutoring and Mentoring Coordinator, Diana helped design curriculum, advise students, and coordinate tutoring for the La Vida Scholars.

As a first generation college student, Diana graduated from Salem State University in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, where she was involved with the Latin American Student Organization (LASO), the Association of Professional Latinos for America (ALPFA) and discovered her passion for social justice.

Diana hopes to continue advocating for first generation students of color in her current role. She currently resides in the North Shore with her mother and abuelita.
