COLLEGE PARTNERS

CFSI partners with colleges that share the belief that combining well-supported experiential learning opportunities with traditional classroom learning enhances student learning overall and better prepares students for work and life beyond college. As such, we work with college partners to develop an integrated partnership – one where the goals of the college and the goals of CFSI are aligned and supported for success. We aim to develop and maintain an effective, trusting, strategic partnership with our college partners.

CFSI works closely with college partners to minimize barriers and maximize access for all students to participate in the program. While participating in the program, students remain enrolled as full-time students at their home institutions and will receive a full semester of credit upon successful completion of the program. Depending on their college's partnership model, this credit will come directly from their home institution or as transfer credit from our University of Record, the University of New Hampshire. In most cases, participating students will pay the same or less in tuition, fees, and housing as a traditional semester on campus. Learn more about costs here. Semester in the City experience

In January 2018, the University of New Hampshire (UNH) formally launched Semester in the City as a 16-credit study away option with UNH serving as University of Record. This means students at colleges/universities that have not directly partnered with CFSI can now partake in Semester in the City, earning credits through UNH, to transfer back to their home college/university. Have questions? Email our partners at UNH here or visit their Semester in the City website.
