Associate Manager of Operations

Lily joined the team at College for Social Innovation as the Associate Manager of Operations. Lily is a native Vermonter who spent most of her childhood in the green mountain state before she moved to Montréal Canada to play Ice Hockey professionally. Following her hockey career, Lily had a series of Internships within the healthcare field where she worked for both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Indian Health Service.

After completing her internships, Lily returned to Vermont to attend the University of Vermont (UVM) where she graduated in 2016 with a degree in Biology.  During her tenure at UVM Lily was part of a team that provided resources and support to students as they transitioned to living off-campus. Lily helped facilitate communication and build relationships among students and non-students so that they could create healthy, safe, and socially just neighborhoods.

After graduating, Lily amassed several years of experience in the nonprofit sector working with Vermonters experiencing homelessness where she spearheaded efforts to transform a system that relied on shelter as the primary response to homelessness to one that offered a range of flexible resources to prevent homelessness and provide rehousing assistance.  Most recently Lily completed her Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Vermont.

Lily looks forward to working with CFSI students as they become the next generation of change-makers.
