Ange Zuniga-Aleman

Manager of Operations

Ange Zuniga-Aleman is thrilled to assume the role of Manager of Operations at the College for Social Innovation. In this capacity, she will play a pivotal role in advancing the overall operations and strategic initiatives of CFSI, with a focus on establishing and implementing scalable growth systems. Ange will collaborate across departments, including Recruitment, Program, and Operations, to oversee a wide range of tasks encompassing technology, finance, AmeriCorps compliance, and overarching departmental operations.

Ange grew up in the vibrant Boston neighborhood of Egleston Square where she taught and mentored her local youth. During her time at Wesleyan University, she was the lead undergraduate research assistant in two start-up neurobiology labs. Prior to this role Ange was the Founding Operations Manager at The Croft School, where she adeptly managed various operational facets, from streamlining systems and processes for the new school to overseeing financial matters and facility management. She is a McNair Scholar, Janey Scholar, and participated in the Crimson Summer Academy at Harvard University. Her diverse experiences in teaching, her scientific background, and her exposure to start-up environments have imbued her with a people-centered approach, a solution-driven mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. During her free time, she loves to take long walks, lift heavy weights, and try to teach her dog Lady Dumpling the latest K-Pop dance moves. Ange is excited to join the CFSI team and support a program that fosters learning, excellence, and a sense of belonging in an intellectual and empowering community.
