Become a Changemaker.

The global pandemic revealed and accelerated systemic opportunity gaps while underscoring the need for a new generation of problem solvers. We have the power to help.

College for Social Innovation offers life-changing internships for a full semester of academic credit. Our program lights a fire for students and it delivers results—including a big jump in career outcomes, and not just in any career. Our mission is to educate and inspire the next generation of problem solvers— students committed to careers addressing the urgent issues we face in our society —from public health and racial justice to food security, education, and climate change.

Many studies show that high-impact learning programs like ours open doors of opportunity. However, the same studies show that lower-income students, first-generation students, and students of color access these programs at much lower rates. We are committing to changing that equation and have already seen success.

With your help, we can do even more.

In addition to doubling down on student access, we are committed to helping the 200+ amazing social impact organizations that have hosted one or more of our Fellows. For many of these organizations, CFSI has become a mission-enhancing capacity builder and talent pipeline.

We are also looking to offer 10 full scholarships to Opportunity Youth looking to participate in Semester in the City as a bridge into (or back into) college, helping them build purpose and momentum as lifelong problem solvers for good.

Your contribution can make this program possible for all students.
