HOST ORGANIZATIONS

The secret sauce to what makes our internships so successful are our host organizations. Our social impact sector partners create extraordinary impact for our students and the greater Boston community. We also find that our students are able to provide a lot of support for them and the work they do. By hosting a Social Innovation Fellow for about 30 hours/week, organizations are able to build capacity in an affordable manner, while also growing the network and skills of that fellow. 88% of our social sector partners said they would hire, or at least interview, the fellow they hosted. COLLEGE PARTNERS

In our pilot phase with 13 colleges and universities. We love getting to work with our college partners as they support our students in this unique and fulfilling study away experience. We aim to make this program part of a holistic college experience for students who choose to join us from their traditional university campuses. We are proud that students feel more connected and excited to share examples when they are back on campus. Read in our pilot results about our college partners and how students feel more engaged in their classes after Semester in the City.
