Requirements:
Only Juniors and Seniors may do internships for credit.
Internal Application:
Complete BSU’s Application for Internship in consultation with your department’s faculty internship advisor.
Credit:
2.5 eligibility (some departments have a higher limit)
Every major may be slightly different in number of credits allowed for internships
Most students get 12 credits (FT status)
Students may be eligible for a full semester of internship credit depending on major/department requirements. Student should be able to look up their major and INT 498 course at BSU. Students should consult with the faculty internship coordinator in their major.

Navigate to Catalog Search → Search *Your Major* 498 → Find “Internship in *Your Major* and review requirements, including allowable credits
All academic work done by Bridgewater State students under the auspices of CFSI will be regarded by Bridgewater State as in-residence credit. However, it shall be the sole responsibility of Bridgewater State to decide how many Bridgewater State credit units and what Bridgewater State grades said student may receive for their academic work at the CFSI
Billing & Financial Aid:
BSU will bill you directly for standard on-campus tuition, fees, and housing (unless you opt to live outside of SITC housing). Financial aid can be applied towards the cost of participating. Eligible students will also receive a $5,000 internship stipend from BSU towards the cost of the program
