Requirements:

Semester and academic-year opportunities open to all students, from any academic area of interest.

Internal Application:

• Submit the Application for Earlham-Approved Off-Campus Study Programs.

• Applications for fall semester open in November of the preceding fall, and applications for spring open in mid-summer each year.

• Complete an interview with a campus program representative.

• Receive approval from Earlham.

• Complete a separate application with Semester in the City.

• Receive notification from the program provider about your acceptance to the program.

• Fellowship (9 credits)

• Social Innovator's Toolbox (3 credits) - meets the needs for an Entrepreneurship class

• Becoming a Problem Solver (3 credits) - meets the needs for a Business Ethics class

Billing & Financial Aid:

• Earlham converts the meal package into a 1 time stipend of $1500 that is dispersed via check to the student at the beginning of the semester

• Travel scholarships are available, though limited
