Erin Demers

Erin Demers is the Associate Director of Enrollment & Engagement at College for Social Innovation. As a recruitment and admissions team member, she works closely with college partners to recruit and enroll fellows. She is passionate about building and sustaining authentic relationships based on empathy and trust. 

Bringing experience from her work in higher education at Brown University and Salve Regina University, Erin's work bridges her background in fundraising, communications, and service. She also serves as a Fellow for the Compass Club where she engages with members to build a strong and thriving virtual community. 

Erin earned her M.S. in Management and B.A. in Communications from Salve Regina University.
