Linda Mindaye

Linda Mindaye is a learning strategist, organizational development practitioner, and educator with experience designing people-centered programs across corporate, higher education, K–12, and nonprofit contexts. She builds leadership development systems, talent pipelines, and relational practice frameworks that connect individual growth to organizational change. She also runs an independent OD and coaching practice serving clients across tech, nonprofit, and education. Her background spans program management, instructional design, facilitation, and coaching, and includes earlier work as a Special Education Teacher and Dean of Students, which continues to shape how she designs for the full range of people in any room.
