Surovi Yasmin

Surovi Yasmin is the Manager of Recruitment at College for Social Innovation, bringing a background in client relationship management from the consulting and finance sectors. With a foundation in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto, Surovi offers a unique perspective and a diverse skill set as she transitions into the nonprofit space.

In her role at CFSI, Surovi collaborates with the recruitment and marketing teams to cultivate strong college partnerships, recruit and enroll new cohorts of fellows, and support the next generation of problem solvers throughout the program.

Passionate about creating opportunities for underrepresented students, Surovi is excited about aligning her skills and expertise with CFSI’s mission. She is committed to fostering personal and professional growth, particularly among students from marginalized communities, and anticipates contributing to CFSI’s dedication to inclusive education and development.
